Ingredients

- 3 large cucumbers
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar

- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
Instructions
- Slice cucumbers thinly and place them in a bowl.
- Add salt and let sit for 10 minutes.
- In a separate bowl, mix rice vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, chili flakes, and sugar.
- Drain excess water from cucumbers and add the dressing.
- Toss in green onions and sesame seeds.
- Serve chilled.
