Ingredients

- 1 pound beef sirloin, sliced thin
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons chili paste
- 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Marinate the beef with soy sauce, sesame oil, chili paste, garlic, and ginger for 30 minutes.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the marinated beef and cook until browned.
- Add the bell pepper and onion; stir-fry for 5 minutes.
- Mix cornstarch with water to create a slurry and add it to the skillet.
- Cook until the sauce thickens.
- Garnish with green onions before serving.

- Adjust the chili paste for desired spice level.
- Serve with rice or noodles.
