Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Marinate the beef with soy sauce, sesame oil, chili paste, garlic, and ginger for 30 minutes.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the marinated beef and cook until browned.
  4. Add the bell pepper and onion; stir-fry for 5 minutes.
  5. Mix cornstarch with water to create a slurry and add it to the skillet.
  6. Cook until the sauce thickens.
  7. Garnish with green onions before serving.
