Description
A flavorful and spicy garlic chicken stir fry served with rice.
Ingredients

- 2 cups chicken breast, sliced
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
Instructions
- Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add the garlic and red pepper flakes, sauté for 1 minute.
- Add the chicken and cook until no longer pink.
- Add the bell pepper and broccoli, stir fry for 3-4 minutes.
- Pour in the soy sauce and mix well.
- Serve over cooked rice and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Notes
- Adjust spice level by adding more or less red pepper flakes.
- You can add other vegetables as desired.
- For extra flavor, marinate chicken in soy sauce for 30 minutes before cooking.
