Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken thighs, boneless and skinless
  • 2 tablespoons fresh ginger, grated
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine ginger, garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, red pepper flakes, and rice vinegar.
  2. Add chicken thighs to the marinade and let sit for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Cook the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
  5. Remove from heat and let rest for 5 minutes.
  6. Slice chicken and garnish with green onions.
