Ingredients

  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1 can black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 cup corn
  • 1 jalapeño, diced
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine sour cream and cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Add ranch seasoning and mix well.
  3. Stir in cheddar cheese, salsa, black beans, corn, jalapeño, and green onions.
  4. Mix until all ingredients are well combined.
  5. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and refrigerate for at least one hour before serving.
