Ingredients

- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 8 small corn tortillas
- 1 cup diced mango
- 1/2 red onion, diced
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1 avocado, sliced
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add shrimp, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, and salt.
- Cook until shrimp are pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes.
- Warm tortillas in a separate skillet.
- Mix mango, red onion, cilantro, and lime juice in a bowl.
- Assemble tacos by placing shrimp and mango salsa on tortillas.
- Top with avocado slices.
Notes
- Adjust spice level by adding more or less chili powder.
- Can substitute shrimp with chicken or tofu.
- Serve with lime wedges for extra flavor.
