- 2 salmon fillets
- 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 cup steamed broccoli
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small bowl, mix sriracha and honey.
- Place salmon fillets on a baking sheet.
- Brush the sriracha honey mixture over the salmon.
- Bake salmon for 12-15 minutes or until cooked through.
- Prepare rice and steam broccoli while salmon cooks.
- Assemble bowls with rice, broccoli, and salmon.
- Top with avocado slices and drizzle soy sauce.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds before serving.
