- 1 package of wonton wrappers
- 1 cup spinach, chopped
- 1 cup artichoke hearts, chopped
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a muffin tin.
- Press wonton wrappers into the muffin tin to form cups.
- Bake the cups for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
- In a bowl, mix spinach, artichokes, cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Fill each wonton cup with the mixture.
- Bake for an additional 15 minutes until heated through.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
