- 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 cup broccoli florets, blanched
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 4 large eggs

- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté mushrooms until golden brown.
- Add blanched broccoli and chopped spinach to the skillet. Cook until spinach wilts.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, cream, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Stir in the sautéed vegetables and shredded cheese.
- Pour the mixture into the pre-made pie crust.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes or until the quiche is set and lightly browned on top.
- Let it cool for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
