- 1 spiral-cut ham (8–10 pounds)
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup honey
- 1/2 cup Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).
- Place the spiral ham in a roasting pan.
- In a bowl, mix brown sugar, honey, Dijon mustard, and apple cider vinegar.
- Brush the glaze over the ham, making sure to get in between the slices.
- Cover the ham with aluminum foil.
- Bake for 1.5 to 2 hours, basting every 30 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 30 minutes for a caramelized finish.
- Let it rest for 15 minutes before slicing and serving.

- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
