- 1 spiral-cut ham (8–10 pounds)
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
- Place the spiral ham in a roasting pan, cut side down.
- In a bowl, mix brown sugar, honey, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, ground cloves, and cinnamon.
- Spread the glaze evenly over the ham.
- Cover the ham with aluminum foil.
- Bake for 1.5 to 2 hours, basting occasionally.
- Remove the foil for the last 30 minutes to caramelize the glaze.
- Let the ham rest for 15 minutes before slicing.
