Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C).
- Season both sides of the steaks with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
- Once hot, add the steaks and sear for 2-3 minutes on each side.
- Add crushed garlic and rosemary to the skillet.
- Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven.
- Bake for 6-10 minutes, depending on your desired doneness.
- Remove from the oven and let the steaks rest for 5 minutes before serving.
