Description

- 2 pounds fresh spinach
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Wash and drain the spinach.
- In a large pot, heat olive oil and butter over medium heat.
- Add onion and garlic, sauté until soft.
- Add spinach, cook until wilted.
- Stir in heavy cream and cream cheese, mix until smooth.
- Add Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper, stir well.
- Cook for 5 more minutes until heated through.
- Serve warm.

- Fresh spinach can be substituted with frozen spinach.
