Instructions

  1. Wash and drain the spinach.
  2. In a large pot, heat olive oil and butter over medium heat.
  3. Add onion and garlic, sauté until soft.
  4. Add spinach, cook until wilted.
  5. Stir in heavy cream and cream cheese, mix until smooth.
  6. Add Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper, stir well.
  7. Cook for 5 more minutes until heated through.
  8. Serve warm.
