- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 package stove top stuffing mix
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup bell pepper, chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup ketchup
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, stove top stuffing mix, water, onion, bell pepper, garlic powder, and black pepper.
- Mix until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a baking dish.
- Spread ketchup over the top of the meatloaf.
- Bake for 1 hour or until cooked through.
- Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
Notes
- Serve with mashed potatoes or a side salad.
- Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
- This recipe can be adapted with different vegetables or spices.
