Description

Strawberry Charlotte Russe is a light dessert made with a creamy filling and fresh strawberries.


Ingredients

  • 12 ladyfinger cookies

  • 1/4 cup of water

Instructions

  1. Prepare the gelatin by dissolving it in water.
  2. Whip the heavy cream with sugar and vanilla until soft peaks form.
  3. Fold in the dissolved gelatin.
  4. Line a mold with ladyfinger cookies.
  5. Pour the cream mixture into the mold.
  6. Add sliced strawberries on top of the cream.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
  8. Unmold and serve with additional strawberries.
