Description
Strawberry Charlotte Russe is a light dessert made with a creamy filling and fresh strawberries.
Ingredients

- 1 cup of fresh strawberries
- 1 cup of heavy cream
- 1/2 cup of sugar
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 12 ladyfinger cookies
- 1 tablespoon of gelatin
- 1/4 cup of water
Instructions
- Prepare the gelatin by dissolving it in water.
- Whip the heavy cream with sugar and vanilla until soft peaks form.
- Fold in the dissolved gelatin.
- Line a mold with ladyfinger cookies.
- Pour the cream mixture into the mold.
- Add sliced strawberries on top of the cream.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
- Unmold and serve with additional strawberries.
Notes
- Use ripe strawberries for better flavor.
- Adjust sugar according to your taste.
- You can substitute ladyfingers with sponge cake if desired.
