Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk milk, egg, and melted butter.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
- Fill a donut pan with batter.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes.
- Let donuts cool completely.
- Mix cream cheese and strawberry jam for filling.
- Fill each donut with the cream cheese mixture.
- Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
