- 1/4 cup strawberry preserves
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
- Mix graham cracker crumbs, 1/3 cup sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
- In a bowl, beat cream cheese, 1 cup sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Stir in strawberry puree.
- Pour filling over the crust.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes or until set.
- Let cool, then refrigerate for 4 hours.
- Top with strawberry preserves before serving.
