A delicious layered dessert featuring strawberries and cheesecake.
Ingredients

- 2 cups strawberries, sliced
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- In another bowl, whip heavy cream and vanilla until stiff peaks form.
- Fold whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
- In a glass or trifle dish, layer graham cracker crumbs, cream mixture, and strawberries.
- Repeat layers until all ingredients are used.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
- Use fresh strawberries for best flavor.
- Feel free to add other fruits.
