Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 packet active dry yeast
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, diced
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix warm milk and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
  3. Add melted butter, sugar, egg, vanilla, and salt to the yeast mixture.
  4. Gradually mix in flour and knead until smooth.
  5. Let the dough rise for 1 hour in a warm place.
  6. Roll out the dough on a floured surface.
  7. Spread diced strawberries and sprinkle cinnamon over the dough.
  8. Roll the dough tightly and cut into rolls.
  9. Place rolls in a greased baking dish and let them rise for 30 minutes.
  10. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
