Description
Delicious strawberry cinnamon rolls with a hint of cinnamon.
Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 packet active dry yeast
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, diced
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix warm milk and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
- Add melted butter, sugar, egg, vanilla, and salt to the yeast mixture.
- Gradually mix in flour and knead until smooth.
- Let the dough rise for 1 hour in a warm place.
- Roll out the dough on a floured surface.
- Spread diced strawberries and sprinkle cinnamon over the dough.
- Roll the dough tightly and cut into rolls.
- Place rolls in a greased baking dish and let them rise for 30 minutes.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
Notes
- Serve warm for best flavor.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
- Can add cream cheese frosting if desired.
