Ingredients

- 1 cup strawberries, chopped
- 1 package cream cheese (8 oz), softened
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 package crescent roll dough
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix chopped strawberries, cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract.
- Roll out the crescent dough on a floured surface.
- Cut the dough into triangles.
- Place a spoonful of the strawberry mixture on the wide end of each triangle.
- Roll the dough from the wide end to the point.
- Place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the tops with beaten egg.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.

- Can be topped with whipped cream.
