- 1 cup crushed strawberry crunch cereal
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, cream together butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar.
- Add the eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until smooth.
- In another bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture.
- In a separate bowl, mix cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Fold in crushed strawberry crunch cereal into the cream cheese mixture.
- Take a scoop of cookie dough, flatten it, and place a spoonful of cheesecake filling in the center.
- Wrap the dough around the filling and roll into a ball.
- Place on a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes.
- Let cool before serving.
