Description
Easy strawberry freezer jam made with fresh strawberries.
Ingredients

- 2 cups fresh strawberries, crushed
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 package fruit pectin (such as Sure-Jell)
Instructions
- Wash and hull strawberries, then crush them in a bowl.
- Mix crushed strawberries with sugar and let sit for 10 minutes.
- In a separate bowl, mix pectin with lemon juice.
- Combine pectin mixture with strawberry mixture and stir for 2 minutes.
- Pour into freezer-safe containers and seal.
- Let sit at room temperature for 24 hours, then freeze.
Notes
- Use ripe strawberries for best flavor.
- Store jam in freezer for up to one year.
- Thaw in refrigerator before use.
