Ingredients

- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon lemon zest
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a baking dish.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs, lemon juice, and lemon zest. Mix until well combined.
- Fold in chopped strawberries.
- Pour the mixture over the crust.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until set.
- Let cool, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.

- Can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
