Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix oats, flour, brown sugar, melted butter, and salt.
  3. Press half of the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  4. In another bowl, combine strawberries and lemon juice.
  5. Spread the strawberry mixture over the oat layer.
  6. Top with the remaining oat mixture.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Allow to cool before cutting into bars.
