Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Rinse the sago pearls under cold water.
  2. Boil the water in a pot and add the sago pearls.
  3. Cook until the pearls become translucent, about 10-15 minutes.
  4. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  5. In a bowl, mix the sago with chopped strawberries and sugar.
  6. In another bowl, combine coconut milk and vanilla extract.
  7. Serve the sago mixture topped with coconut milk.
  8. Chill before serving.
