A refreshing strawberry sago dessert.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 cup sago pearls
- 2 cups water
- 1 cup strawberries, chopped
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Rinse the sago pearls under cold water.
- Boil the water in a pot and add the sago pearls.
- Cook until the pearls become translucent, about 10-15 minutes.
- Drain and rinse under cold water.
- In a bowl, mix the sago with chopped strawberries and sugar.
- In another bowl, combine coconut milk and vanilla extract.
- Serve the sago mixture topped with coconut milk.
- Chill before serving.
Notes
- Adjust sugar to taste.
- Use fresh or frozen strawberries.
- Can be served warm or cold.
