  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add onions and celery; sauté until soft.
  4. In a large bowl, combine bread crumbs, sautéed vegetables, sage, salt, pepper, and parsley.
  5. Add chicken broth gradually until the mixture is moist.
  6. Stuff the turkey with the mixture and secure the opening.
  7. Place the turkey in a roasting pan and cover with foil.
  8. Roast for about 3 hours, removing the foil for the last 30 minutes.
  9. Check the internal temperature; it should reach 165°F (74°C).
