Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup chopped onions
- 1/2 cup grated cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped bell peppers
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, onions, cheese, bell peppers, ketchup, egg, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Shape the mixture into a rectangle on a sheet of parchment paper.
- Roll up the meat mixture tightly.
- Place seam side down in a baking dish.
- Bake for 1 hour or until cooked through.
- Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
Notes
- Serve with mashed potatoes or vegetables.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
- Can be frozen for later use.
