Ingredients

  • 4 bell peppers
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup shredded cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove seeds.
  3. In a skillet, cook ground beef until browned.
  4. Add cooked rice, diced tomatoes, and spices to the skillet. Mix well.
  5. Stuff each pepper with the meat mixture.
  6. Place peppers in a baking dish and cover with foil.
  7. Bake for 30 minutes, then remove foil and top with cheese.
  8. Bake for an additional 10 minutes until cheese is melted.
