Delicious stuffed potato cakes filled with meat and mushrooms.
Ingredients

- 2 cups mashed potatoes
- 1 cup ground beef
- 1 cup mushrooms, chopped
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 egg
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a skillet, sauté onions and mushrooms until soft.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned.
- Mix mashed potatoes, beef mixture, egg, salt, and pepper.
- Form the mixture into cakes.
- Coat each cake in breadcrumbs.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Fry each cake until golden brown on both sides.
- Drain on paper towels before serving.
Notes
- Serve with sour cream or your favorite sauce.
- You can add cheese for extra flavor.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
