Ingredients

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, sauté onions and mushrooms until soft.
  2. Add ground beef and cook until browned.
  3. Mix mashed potatoes, beef mixture, egg, salt, and pepper.
  4. Form the mixture into cakes.
  5. Coat each cake in breadcrumbs.
  6. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  7. Fry each cake until golden brown on both sides.
  8. Drain on paper towels before serving.
