A delicious stuffed seafood bread bowl filled with a creamy seafood mixture.


Ingredients

  • 1 large round bread loaf
  • 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
  • 1 cup cooked crab meat
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup diced green onions
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cut the top off the bread loaf and hollow out the inside.
  3. In a bowl, mix shrimp, crab meat, cream cheese, mayonnaise, mozzarella cheese, green onions, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Fill the hollowed bread loaf with the seafood mixture.
  5. Place the bread bowl on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes.
  6. Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving.
