Ingredients

- 4 cups bread crumbs
- 1 cup vegetable broth
- 1/2 cup celery, chopped
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 1 teaspoon dried sage
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the bread crumbs, celery, onion, sage, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Pour in the vegetable broth and mix until the bread is moistened.
- Form the mixture into balls, about the size of a golf ball.
- Place the balls on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve warm and enjoy.
