Description

Ingredients

- 2 cups fresh cranberries
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup water
Instructions
- Combine water and sugar in a saucepan over medium heat.
- Stir until sugar dissolves, then bring to a boil.
- Add cranberries and cook for 1-2 minutes until they pop.
- Remove from heat and let cranberries cool in the syrup for 10 minutes.
- Drain the cranberries and toss them in granulated sugar until coated.
- Spread cranberries on a baking sheet to dry for at least 1 hour.
