Description
A delicious grilled cheese sandwich with sun-dried tomato, bacon, and pesto.
Ingredients

- 2 slices of bread
- 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes
- 2 strips of bacon
- 2 tablespoons pesto
- 2 slices of cheese
Instructions
- Cook the bacon in a skillet until crispy.
- Spread pesto on one side of each slice of bread.
- Layer sun-dried tomatoes and bacon on one slice.
- Add cheese on top of the tomatoes and bacon.
- Top with the second slice of bread, pesto side down.
- Grill the sandwich in the skillet until golden brown on both sides.
- Slice and serve hot.
Notes
- Use your favorite type of cheese.
- Replace bacon with a vegetarian alternative if desired.
- Adjust pesto amount to taste.
