Description

A delicious grilled cheese sandwich with sun-dried tomato, bacon, and pesto.


Ingredients

  • 2 slices of bread
  • 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes
  • 2 strips of bacon
  • 2 tablespoons pesto
  • 2 slices of cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook the bacon in a skillet until crispy.
  2. Spread pesto on one side of each slice of bread.
  3. Layer sun-dried tomatoes and bacon on one slice.
  4. Add cheese on top of the tomatoes and bacon.
  5. Top with the second slice of bread, pesto side down.
  6. Grill the sandwich in the skillet until golden brown on both sides.
  7. Slice and serve hot.
