Instructions
- Wash and dry the mixed greens.
- In a large bowl, combine the greens, carrots, cucumber, bell peppers, cherry tomatoes, and red onion.
- Add the sunflower seeds to the bowl.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
- Serve immediately.
