- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

Instructions
- Wash and dry the mixed greens.
- In a large bowl, combine the mixed greens, carrots, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, and red bell pepper.
- Add the sunflower seeds and feta cheese.
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
- Serve immediately.
