- 2 cups egg noodles
- 1 pound Swedish meatballs
- 1 cup cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup shredded cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions; drain.
- In a large bowl, mix the soup, broth, sour cream, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add the cooked noodles and meatballs to the mixture; stir to combine.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
- Top with shredded cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, until bubbly and golden.
