- 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a large bowl, combine olive oil, honey, sriracha, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Add cauliflower florets to the bowl and toss until well coated.
- Spread the cauliflower evenly on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the cauliflower is tender and caramelized.
- Serve warm and enjoy.

- Adjust the level of sriracha for desired spiciness.
