Ingredients

  • 2 lbs chicken wings
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup hot sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp ginger, grated
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, hot sauce, garlic, ginger, black pepper, and salt.
  3. Add chicken wings to the bowl and coat them evenly.
  4. Place wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  6. Brush with additional sauce before serving.

  • Adjust hot sauce to taste for more or less heat.
