Ingredients

- 2 lbs chicken wings
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup hot sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, hot sauce, garlic, ginger, black pepper, and salt.
- Add chicken wings to the bowl and coat them evenly.
- Place wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Brush with additional sauce before serving.
Notes
- Adjust hot sauce to taste for more or less heat.
- Let wings rest for a few minutes before serving.
- Serve with celery and blue cheese dressing if desired.
