A delicious sweet chili lime grilled chicken recipe.
Ingredients

- 4 chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix sweet chili sauce, lime juice, garlic, soy sauce, salt, and pepper.
- Place chicken breasts in a resealable bag and pour marinade over them.
- Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove chicken from marinade and discard excess marinade.
- Brush the grill with olive oil and place chicken on the grill.
- Grill for 6-7 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
- Remove chicken from grill and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- Adjust lime juice to taste.
- Serve with rice or salad.
- Marinating overnight enhances flavor.
