Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix sweet chili sauce, lime juice, garlic, soy sauce, salt, and pepper.
  2. Place chicken breasts in a resealable bag and pour marinade over them.
  3. Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  5. Remove chicken from marinade and discard excess marinade.
  6. Brush the grill with olive oil and place chicken on the grill.
  7. Grill for 6-7 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
  8. Remove chicken from grill and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
