Description

  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 cup pecans, chopped
  • 1/2 cup mini marshmallows

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Peel and chop sweet potatoes, then boil until tender.
  3. Drain and mash sweet potatoes in a large bowl.
  4. Add brown sugar, milk, butter, eggs, vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Mix well.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
  6. In a separate bowl, combine chopped pecans and mini marshmallows. Spread this mixture over the sweet potato layer.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes until the top is golden brown.
