Ingredients

  • 4 cups sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup mini marshmallows

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Boil sweet potatoes until tender, about 15-20 minutes.
  3. Drain and mash the sweet potatoes in a large bowl.
  4. Add brown sugar, milk, melted butter, vanilla, and cinnamon. Mix well.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
  6. Top with mini marshmallows.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until marshmallows are golden brown.

Notes
