Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Peel and cube the sweet potatoes.
  3. Boil the sweet potatoes until tender, about 15 minutes.
  4. Drain and mash the sweet potatoes in a large bowl.
  5. Add brown sugar, milk, butter, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Mix well.
