A flavorful dish featuring shrimp cooked in a sweet and spicy gochujang sauce.

- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons gochujang
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 2 green onions, chopped
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix gochujang, soy sauce, honey, and garlic.
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add shrimp and cook until pink, about 3-4 minutes.
- Pour the sauce over the shrimp and stir well.
- Cook for an additional 2 minutes until shrimp are coated and sauce thickens.
- Drizzle with sesame oil and top with green onions and sesame seeds.
Notes
- Adjust the spiciness by adding more or less gochujang.
- Serve with rice or noodles for a complete meal.
- Can substitute shrimp with chicken or tofu.
