Ingredients

- 2 cups strawberries, chopped
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 packet pectin
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine strawberries and sugar. Let it sit for 30 minutes.
- Add lemon juice and vanilla extract to the mixture.
- In a saucepan, heat the mixture on medium until it starts to boil.
- Add pectin and stir well. Boil for an additional 5 minutes.
- Pour the jam into sterilized jars and seal tightly.
- Let the jars cool to room temperature, then refrigerate.
Notes
- Use fresh strawberries for best flavor.
- Store in the fridge for up to a month.
- This jam can be used on toast or in desserts.
