- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup tortilla chips, crushed
- 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef until browned.
- Add taco seasoning and water, then simmer.
- In a bowl, mix cheese, ranch dressing, and green onions.
- Form small balls using the beef mixture and cheese mixture.
- Roll the balls in crushed tortilla chips.
- Place on a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes.
- Serve with diced tomatoes on top.
