- 2 cups water
Instructions
- Cook spaghetti according to package instructions.
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
- Add onions and bell peppers; cook until softened.
- Stir in taco seasoning, diced tomatoes, and water; simmer for 10 minutes.
- Add cooked spaghetti to the skillet; mix well.
- Sprinkle cheese on top; cover until melted.

- Top with sour cream or guacamole if desired.
