- 20 jumbo pasta shells
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 can refried beans
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup salsa
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the pasta shells according to the package instructions.
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
- Add the taco seasoning and refried beans to the beef and mix well.
- Stuff each cooked shell with the beef mixture.
- Place the stuffed shells in a baking dish.
- Pour salsa over the shells and sprinkle with cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted.
- Serve with sour cream and green onions on top.
