A creamy and sweet dessert made from tapioca pearls and milk.
Ingredients

- 1/2 cup tapioca pearls
- 4 cups milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
Instructions
- Soak tapioca pearls in water for 30 minutes.
- In a pot, combine milk, sugar, and salt. Bring to a simmer.
- Add soaked tapioca pearls to the pot. Cook for 15 minutes, stirring frequently.
- Slowly add the beaten eggs, stirring constantly.
- Cook for an additional 5 minutes until thickened.
- Stir in vanilla extract and remove from heat.
- Cool the pudding before serving.
Notes
- Serve warm or chilled.
- Add fruits or nuts for extra flavor.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to three days.
