Ingredients

- 1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mash the chickpeas with a fork.
- Add breadcrumbs, nutritional yeast, olive oil, and spices. Mix well.
- Shape the mixture into nugget forms.
- Place nuggets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
- These nuggets can be frozen for later use.
