Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mash the chickpeas with a fork.
  3. Add breadcrumbs, nutritional yeast, olive oil, and spices. Mix well.
  4. Shape the mixture into nugget forms.
  5. Place nuggets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
