Instructions
- In a bowl, mix minced beef, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, garlic, ginger, and sesame oil.
- Let the mixture marinate for 30 minutes.
- Steam the bao buns for 10 minutes until soft.
- Fill each bao bun with a portion of the beef mixture.
- Serve warm and enjoy.
